About the role

  • The role is responsible for the oversite of the total client success across APAC.
  • Acting as the point of communication for this region, your responsibilities will involve customer centric needs related to Support, Sales, Billing, Product Development and more.
  • Working closely with the Global Head and other regional leads you will establish and maintain a cohesive, consistent and responsive framework to deliver a best-in-class client experience while embracing the unique needs and values of the independent cinema community.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently champion the voice of Veezi clients internally and work to ensure all pertinent Vista Pillar efforts aid in that goal.
  • Accountable for client renewal and retention across their appointed region, driving additional revenue opportunities through upselling and cross selling what benefit the Veezi clients.
  • Involved in client growth across an appointed region by proactively fielding incoming inquires and occasionally taking part in targeted outreach as deemed necessary.
  • Providing influence on the Client Success strategic objectives and translating those objectives into actionable goals and priorities for the necessary sub and external pillars.
  • Day-to-day oversight of an assigned Veezi client portfolio, acting as the point of communication for client escalated concerns or actions.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support teams when necessary to ensure optimal prioritization of tasks and projects.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Veezi to support new business opportunities as well as the satisfaction of existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Veezi and other regional leads, to develop and establish a cohesive, consistent and responsive framework to deliver a best-in-class proactive client experience.
  • Help to identify and capture market and client requirements that can inform the product roadmap and drive opportunities that differentiate the service and/or experience for our clients.
  • Travel nationally or internationally to client sites and other offices as requested by the Global Head of Veezi.
  • Represent Veezi as a leader in the Film and Cinema industry through events, contribution to media channels and in all clients, prospect, and partner interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of client service, focused on delivering client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business improvement and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
