About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and execute wine fairs, partner activations, events and brand experiences.
  • Manage all stages of event production, from planning to teardown, ensuring excellence in every detail.
  • Lead event operations, directing vendors, support teams and partners throughout execution.
  • Manage suppliers, negotiating scope, timelines, costs and delivery quality.
  • Be responsible for the logistics of wines, materials, promotional items, equipment and other resources required for each event.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing, PR, Sales, Retail, CRM, Trade, Franchise and Product teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Create schedules, checklists and operational plans and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor budgets, contracts, payments and event accounting/reporting.
  • Anticipate risks and propose solutions, ensuring agility in decision-making.
  • Ensure a premium experience for customers, guests, partners, producers and franchisees.
  • Develop processes and playbooks to drive efficiency and standardize operations.
  • Prepare post-event reports with KPIs, learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in event production, brand activations or relationship events.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (frequent contact with international producers and partners).
  • Excellent organization and priority management skills.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
  • Hands-on approach without losing strategic vision.
  • Availability to travel and work events on weekends when required.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to increase productivity.
