About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner to Directors and Managers, participating in business meetings and supporting people-related decision-making.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and propose solutions for gaps in structure, performance, and employee climate.
  • Provide consultative support in conflict management, talent retention, and change management (Change Management).
  • Monitor and follow up on action plans based on HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time bank).
  • Lead the performance appraisal process, calibration, and construction of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring the quality of feedback.
  • Manage the survey cycle (pulse surveys, eNPS, climate/engagement), perform in-depth analyses of results, and drive action plans with managers.
  • Define and manage the internal communication strategy, supporting the governance of the Beedoo platform.
  • Plan the annual calendar of internal marketing and engagement actions and campaigns, focusing on engagement and strengthening organizational culture.
  • Occasionally conduct recruitment processes for leadership positions or critical vacancies in the areas you support as a Business Partner (BP).

Requirements

  • Proven solid experience working as a Business Partner and/or as a generalist People & Organizational Development (DHO) specialist.
  • Ability to connect HR initiatives to business results.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with HR metrics to turn numbers into actionable insights.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: takes ownership of their processes.
  • Resilience and agility to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing internal communication channels and corporate writing (internal marketing/Endomarketing).
  • Previous experience in retail or other fast-paced companies.
  • Knowledge of change management and culture methodologies.
