About the role
- Support the updating of management reports, KPIs, and sales dashboards;
- Assist in designing commercial targets and building sales curves by channel;
- Help compile commercial results, including monitoring targets, incentive campaigns, and channel performance;
- Support analyses of growth opportunities and performance improvements for franchises and company-owned stores;
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for sales channels and leadership;
- Interface with different departments (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and data quality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization);
- Knowledge of Google Drive tools (Sheets, Slides) and PowerPoint is desirable;
- Interest in a career in sales/commercial planning;
- Analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and metrics;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Effective communication for interacting with different departments;
- Proactive and eager to learn about commercial management and sales channels;
