About the role
- Management, maintenance and oversight of client trust (escrow) accounts
- Monitoring and execution of fiduciary incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with contractual requirements
- Comprehensive documentation of all client trust transactions and preparation of account statements and supporting evidence
- Regular account reconciliations and reporting for management, clients and audit/review bodies
- Execution and oversight of system-driven payment runs, including file import, validation and approval
- Investigation of returned payments, error messages and reconciliations between payment runs and trust accounts
- Support for general payment operations and compliance with internal control and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
- Experience handling trust accounts, payment operations or financial processes — preferably in a regulated environment
- Proficiency with accounting or payment systems (SFirm and Diamant are a plus)
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and a solid understanding of compliance and segregation of funds
- Enjoy structuring processes, eliminating error sources and creating transparency
- Solution-oriented approach, pragmatism and team spirit
