• Serve as the trusted advisor and senior point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with each client's long-term business objectives.
• Lead executive-level conversations, building relationships across C-suite and senior stakeholder levels.
• Anticipate client needs proactively, mitigating churn risk before it materialises.
• Own and drive the commercial expansion of your portfolio — upsell, cross-sell, and new use case development.
• Build compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
• Act as a strategic consultant helping clients define ambitious automation roadmaps and efficiency targets.
• Influence product direction by channelling strategic client insights into actionable feedback.
• Own renewal cycles end-to-end, with full accountability for retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
• Define and track KPIs that demonstrate solution impact, driving continuous value realisation.
• Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the CSX team.
• Play an active role in shaping Customer Success strategy at the team level.
