About the role
- Maintaining and developing app features to keep our platform running seamlessly
- Providing technical support to users, solving any app-related issues they may encounter
- Collaborating with the Technical Director and development team to brainstorm and implement innovative features and improvements
- Working on both technical and functional aspects to make the app more intuitive and user-friendly for entrepreneurs
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a developer
- Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails and the ecosystem around it
- Good at both backend and frontend development
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Likes TDD and CI/CD
- Has an eye for detail and is critical of self and others
- Stays informed of the latest developments in the field
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Experience with devops, AWS and/or AI is a plus
- Must have a work permit for working in Portugal
