About the role

  • Develop, modernize and continuously improve Netvisor, a leading financial management SaaS product
  • Work on internal processes and support the customer lifecycle (invoicing, payroll, expense management)
  • Implement features across front-end and back-end using .NET Framework, React, SQL databases
  • Participate in team decision-making and own product development choices
  • Collaborate with product owners and team members; be guided by product owners
  • Contribute to modernization efforts and adoption of new tools and AI-powered methodologies
  • Share knowledge, participate in code reviews and document technical processes
  • Use allocated time for professional development and learning platforms
  • Coordinate with team manager for wellbeing and career growth

Requirements

  • Strong background and skills in an object-oriented language (C#, VB.NET or similar)
  • Experience in working with relational databases and SQL
  • Basic frontend skills in HTML, Javascript and React
  • Experience with identity management projects (Azure AD/Entra ID or similar)
  • Skills in AI-powered development tools (e.g. Cursor)
  • Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English; Finnish is a plus
  • Experience working with .NET Framework (developing current product)
  • Ideally experience with both front and back end or basic knowledge of both
  • Experience in building AI features (useful)
  • Experience from AWS environment (useful)
  • Documentation skills and ability to describe technical processes (useful)
  • Curiosity to learn new tools and methodologies including AI
  • Must be already based in Finland and have a valid work permit (no relocation services)
