About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and oversee Visium's legal, governance, and compliance framework across all entities.
Advise leadership on corporate governance, shareholder matters, financing activities, and strategic initiatives.
Lead the review, negotiation, and optimization of commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including data protection, AI, and sector-specific requirements.
Support employment, contractor, mobility, and equity-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and risk management frameworks that enable business growth.
Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when specialized expertise is required.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, or technology law.
Background in a top-tier Swiss or international law firm, combined with in-house experience.
Experience with venture-backed companies, fundraising, and ESOPs.
Strong expertise in Swiss corporate governance, financing, and shareholder matters.
Knowledge of employment law across Switzerland, Germany, and Spain.
Proven experience negotiating complex enterprise contracts (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, partnerships).
Solid understanding of GDPR, Swiss data protection law, and AI-related regulation.
Familiarity with the EU AI Act and regulated industries such as Life Sciences or Financial Services.
Experience supporting fast-growing international companies.
Fluent in English and in German or/and French
