About the role

  • Lead the definition and delivery of Data & AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Own key workstreams (stakeholder discovery, capability assessments, roadmap design).
  • Advise clients on data governance, operating models, and data management best practices.
  • Translate business challenges into high-value data, analytics, and AI use cases.
  • Structure analyses and deliver high-quality, insight-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and impact.
  • Influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements and create additional client value.
  • Contribute to proposals and positioning of Visium’s Data & AI offerings.
  • Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or top-tier consulting
  • Proven track record leading Data / AI transformation or strategy engagements
  • Strong expertise in data governance, data management frameworks, and operating models
  • Experience structuring and leading complex, client-facing workstreams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link data initiatives to tangible impact
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to shape and grow client engagements
  • CDMP (DAMA-DMBOK) certification is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
