• Manage day-to-day HR operations, serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing general HR administrative support, resources, and guidance.
• Collaborate with managers on hiring needs, support the HR Manager with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Occasionally help plan offsite company events and holiday celebrations.
• Assist with HR administrative and operational tasks and responsibilities, renewing company licensing, and help ensure HR policies, procedures, and process documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Review, track, and documents compliance with mandatory training.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and trainings on HR and company related policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR and Admin Process Documents, policies, process guides, and required compliance postings.
• Support HR Manager with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, terminations, and open enrollment.
• Partner with Directors and Hiring Managers to gather hiring requirements and finalize accurate job descriptions.
• Serve as the primary ATS Administrator for Workable by managing the full-cycle recruitment workflow.
• Support planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and team activities.
• Assist HR Manager with offboarding tasks and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
