About the role
- Develop and lead a growing team of Account Executives in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon financial targets and performance metrics
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
- Support the team with executive interactions and managing the end-to-end customer relationship
- Foster a culture of personal development and mentorship
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
- Accelerate Visiting Media’s continued artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and execution within the sales organization
Requirements
- 2+ years in a SaaS sales leadership role
- 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience
- Experience in hospitality and/or selling SaaS to hospitality industry
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor as well as a sales manager
- High proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and processes
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Outreach, Chorus.ai, and Zoominfo
- Experience delivering sales training programs, including onboarding new reps and ongoing skill development
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies, tools, and content that improve rep productivity and deal outcomes
