Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for a major product domain.
Translate company-level product strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional product teams, ensuring consistent execution, alignment, and value delivery across squads.
Make portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints.
Ensure strong dual-track discovery and delivery practices, with measurable outcomes tied to OKRs and business metrics.
Represent the product domain in key customer engagements and strategic forums.
Act as the primary product liaison to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product management experience
At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing Product Managers
Proven track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products or platforms in complex environments
Experienced with dual-track agile delivery, hypothesis-driven development, and modern product discovery and validation practices
Strong strategic thinking skills
Confident leader with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing product teams
Data-driven, with strong analytical skills
Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing environments
English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role.
