About the role

  • You will be in direct contact with our customers and will resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our development team.
  • You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and help customers roll out additional vision checkout instances.
  • You will propose concrete measures for the successful deployment and use of the vision checkout and respond to a variety of situations using our software.
  • You will create reports on system performance and communicate them to the team.
  • You will identify sources of problems and raise feature requests with our development team.
  • You will prepare and run workshops aimed at improving our internal processes and increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student and speak fluent German.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to visit our customers.
  • You are outgoing and a strong communicator.
  • You have a structured and independent working style that allows you to handle new daily challenges.
  • You remain calm and motivated even in stressful situations.
  • You have a basic interest in learning more about computer vision and machine learning.
