About the role

  • You will be in direct contact with our customers and resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our development team
  • You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in rolling out additional vision checkouts
  • You will propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to various situations using our software
  • You will prepare system performance reports and communicate them to the team
  • You will identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team
  • You will prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • You are a enrolled student and speak fluent German
  • You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe to visit our customers
  • You are outgoing and have strong communication skills
  • You have a structured and independent working style that helps you handle daily new challenges
  • You remain composed and motivated even in stressful situations
  • You have a basic interest in learning more about image recognition and machine learning
