About the role
- You are in direct contact with our customers and resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our engineering team
- You establish yourself as a trusted advisor and help customers roll out additional vision checkouts
- You propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to a variety of situations using our software
- You prepare reports on system performance and communicate them to the team
- You identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team
- You prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student and speak fluent German
- You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe to visit our customers
- You are outgoing and have strong communication skills
- You have a structured, independent working style and can handle new daily challenges
- You remain calm and motivated even in stressful situations
- You have a genuine interest in learning more about computer vision & machine learning
