About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Client Success; Expand Strategic Accounts; Grow Your Earnings
  • Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of SAP Business One clients across Western Canada
  • Act as primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute structured account plans
  • Ensure long-term client success by proactively managing relationships
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, account forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Work closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success role
  • 5+ years’ experience working with ERP, SaaS, or business management software within the SMB or mid-market sector
  • Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar platforms is highly desirable
  • Proven success managing and growing strategic client accounts
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities within client accounts
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and operational leaders
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers (accounting or ERP process knowledge is an asset)
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Willingness to travel within Western Canada as required
