Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets
- Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology & professional services or another related industry is considered an asset
- Strong network and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with an engaging people-first approach
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong writing skills —you can craft compelling and creative job ads, posts, and communications; Canva experience is an asset
