About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
- Manage and own all implementation activities while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
- Work closely with product team to deliver solutions that meet specific client requirements
- Support the preparation of scope of work documentation by providing task and time estimates
- Design and configure web-based components as part of the implementation process
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on project experience and client interactions
- Collaborate on process and documentation improvements throughout the project lifecycle
- Create project documentation and act as a subject matter expert, including delivering end-user training
- Achieve individual billable utilization targets
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in an IT related field from a recognized post-secondary institution or relevant professional experience
- Technical background with experience in software implementation projects in a client facing manner
- Relevant experience with Procure to Pay and Sales to Order processes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential
- Relevant experience in IT consulting and/or client consulting experience
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or ERP Software will be considered an asset, but not a necessity.
