💰 €110,000 - €130,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage existing clients and expand business relationships.
  • Identify and win new clients for standardized and customized products.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Product Management to share customer and market knowledge and to help define target customers, applications, and verticals.
  • Manage, support, and identify channel partners, and sell directly to end customers and OEMs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the machine vision industry.
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience in direct selling to OEMs and manufacturers or in managing channel partners is a plus.
  • Strong proactive business acumen and analytical ability, combined with technical aptitude and a consultative approach to solution selling.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
