About the role

  • Assisting and coordination for the facilities team for lease administration
  • Construction project coordination and working with Project Management Team to complete relocations, remodels and new center openings
  • Communication and distribution of project information including checklists, timeline tracking, minutes, agendas and next-steps
  • Procurement, negotiation, and vendor relationship management for nationwide service work
  • Coordination of project logistics and site set-up
  • Expense and budget tracking; payment, tracking, and projection of rental obligations
  • Support team with equipment repairs and other project purchases
  • General repair and maintenance needs of the centers and support office
  • Processing invoice payments and tracking and general administrative duties
  • Scheduling and assisting with maintenance and repair needs for centers and corporate facilities
  • Facilities signage and payment processing

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use/improve the use of maintenance software
  • Ability to take directions well and meet deadlines
  • Able to adjust priorities and maintain composure in fast-past environment
  • Willing to tackle unfamiliar tasks and problem solve
  • Self-driven and detail oriented with assertive follow up
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Procurement and negotiation skills
  • Understanding and experience with multi location business
  • Ability to diagnose problems or situations that arise at the local office
  • Access/relationship with/to vendors to preform service work nationwide
