About the role

  • Own the post-sale relationship as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact for new customers; guide onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
  • Provide training, support, and facilitate successful product adoption
  • Proactively understand customer business goals and identify opportunities to maximize ROI
  • Drive renewals and upsells; collaborate with sales and provide customer health and usage insights
  • Become a product expert and demonstrate solutions for specific use cases

Requirements

  • Recent Graduate: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Tech Savviness: Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS solutions
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex software systems and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong relationship-building skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in English
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
