Regional Sales Manager
Visiativ BeneluxResponsable Commercial Régional for ABGi, managing a team across Eastern France from Lyon. Overseeing sales strategy and team performance in a hybrid work setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of business development engineers covering Eastern France (currently 5 members)
- Relay and drive commercial directives within the teams
- Lead and supervise the team (including some remote members)
- Identify high and low performers and implement corresponding improvement plans
- Ensure the skills development of each team member
- Report on and steer activity, defining KPIs and setting individual and team objectives
- Develop a sales strategy for your geographic area and account portfolio
- Identify strategic accounts and the decision-makers within your portfolio
- Uncover support needs aligned with ABGI’s value proposition with senior stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to contract closing
- Ensure proper commercial follow-up and delivery of the engagement
- Adopt a client retention approach through attentive follow-up and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide high-quality reporting via our Salesforce CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in directly managing a sales force in complex, high-stakes consulting services sales
- You consider hunting/prospecting to be an essential part of the role
- Seeking an autonomous position that allows you to act as an intrapreneur for your business
- Dynamic, assertive, with a qualitative and empathetic communication style to convince decision-makers and build long-term client relationships
