About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle a portfolio of mass civil litigation cases, focusing on organization, productivity and technical quality.
Draft procedural documents of low to medium complexity, such as defenses, submissions, appeals, interim petitions and other legal documents.
Perform case analysis, identify risks and monitor deadlines.
Support the conduct of hearings, settlements, procedural strategies and portfolio routines.
Monitor case progress and ensure accurate updates in internal systems.
Perform registrations, controls and records necessary for operation management.
Support the analysis of documents, supporting materials, decisions, judgments and other information relevant to cases.
Contribute to meeting SLAs, internal deadlines, productivity targets and quality standards.
Interface with assistants, analysts, attorneys, coordinators and other areas involved in the operation.
Use legal case management systems, management tools, spreadsheets, dashboards and technological resources applied to legal routines.
Support the identification of bottlenecks, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in portfolio workflows.
Follow templates, technical guidance, internal procedures and leadership directives.
Contribute to a collaborative, organized routine focused on delivering results for the client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.
Previous experience in civil litigation, consumer law or a related area.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
Strong legal drafting skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of work.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with legal case management systems, spreadsheets and digital tools.
Analytical, responsible and collaborative profile.
Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
Interest in technology, innovation and improving legal processes.
