You connect performance goals with your clients’ growth objectives and are responsible for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.
You identify opportunities early and actively develop existing clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Creator Marketing, ideally in an agency, D2C, or e-commerce environment
Extensive leadership experience, including building and developing teams
Solid management skills: you manage priorities, resources, and structures with a view of the bigger picture
You handle demanding client relationships confidently and communicate effectively with decision-makers and executive teams
You think entrepreneurially and have a strong understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue
You actively use AI tools to increase efficiency
Very good German and English language skills
