• Du führst anspruchsvolle Kundenbeziehungen eigenständig, strategisch, auf Augenhöhe und mit echtem Business-Verständnis
• Du verbindest Performance-Ziele mit den Wachstumszielen deiner Kunden und verantwortest KPIs wie ROAS, CPA und Revenue
• Du erkennst Potenziale frühzeitig und entwickelst Bestandskunden aktiv weiter

Head of Influencer & Performance Marketing

• You are the central point of contact for clients and the team, committed to providing reliability and guidance.
• You work closely with the founder to further build VISCA on equal terms, with genuine influence.
• You develop structures and processes that enable sustainable growth.
• You manage demanding client relationships independently, strategically, and as an equal, with true business understanding.
• You connect performance goals with your clients’ growth objectives and are responsible for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.
• You identify opportunities early and actively develop existing clients.

Account Manager

• Strategic management of an assigned client portfolio (multi-brand setup)
• Primary point of contact for clients in the area of influencer marketing
• Development of bespoke, performance-oriented influencer strategies
• Responsible for budget planning, control and scaling together with the Performance team
• Regular performance reviews, forecasts and strategy updates
• Expectation management and prioritization across multiple accounts
• Close collaboration with Influencer Performance Managers
• Identification of scaling, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Building long-term, trust-based client relationships
