About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end hardware asset management, including procurement, lifecycle planning, and security compliance for all devices.
Manage laptop lifecycle processes, including collection, secure wiping, redeployment, and distribution to employees.
Coordinate device provisioning and configuration to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to organizational standards.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate with vendors on fixes, updates, and patches.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience supporting IT systems for small to medium-sized businesses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, effective solutions.
High emotional intelligence and adaptability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC, or similar regulatory standards.
