Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health system pharmacy, healthcare consulting, or related operational leadership roles
- Minimum of 2 years' experience leading large-scale strategic and operational initiatives within pharmacy supply chain environments
- Must have an active pharmacist license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
