- Manage and expand complex, high-value partnerships with hospital and health system clients
- Develop strategic relationships with C-suite executives
- Ensure successful execution of managed services or similar partnerships
- Lead partnership sales and support client presentations and contract negotiations
- Define execution roadmaps for client engagements and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, PharmD, or a relevant master’s degree
- 5 years of progressive experience as a healthcare executive or in healthcare consulting
- Exceptional Client Relationship Management skills
- Team Leadership & Motivation abilities
- Strategic Thinker with problem solving expertise
- Effective Communication and Project Management skills
- Technical Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
