About the role
- Focus on Alibaba products: You are responsible for selling Alibaba products and positioning them strategically to new potential customers.
- Cold outreach with real support: You actively contact pre-qualified companies provided by our specialized lead generation team.
- Identify potential & persuade: You can detect prospective customers' needs and convince them with the appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
- Conduct effective calls: With a high call volume and a clear structure, you lead goal-oriented phone conversations — professionally, persuasively, and engagingly.
- Professional presentation: You design initial meetings and digital presentations to build lasting and profitable client relationships.
Requirements
- Sales experience: You have prior active selling experience — for example in telesales, field sales, or inside B2B sales — and you want to develop further.
- Customer orientation & closing ability: You can excite clients, spot sales opportunities, and confidently drive them to signature.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills: You communicate clearly and precisely, work in a solution- and priority-oriented way, and have professional German language skills, as well as fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable with technology: Digital tools are a means to an end for you — you use them to sell better and more efficiently.
