Key responsibilities & impact

Manage dedicated teams responsible for development and delivery of multi-functional execution projects for financial institutions, issuers, acquirers and merchants
Track and measure team performance and project KPIs
Analyze results, provide insights and foster continuous improvement
Serve as liaison with functional teams across Visa’s local, regional and global groups
Support development of value propositions, product implementation and technology projects
Support implementation of Visa products and services for issuers, acquirers and merchants
Help clients utilize Visa’s digital products and services and facilitate digital transition
Manipulate and mine data using existing tools or programming skills
Lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects and process improvements across the LAC region
Develop and execute use cases across design, planning, segmentation, targeting, offering, distribution, reward fulfillment and performance management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 or more years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD preferred
Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science or engineering
7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting or similar preferred
Technologically driven mindset and familiarity with current analytical and digital trends
Problem-solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI
Understanding of card and payment P&L and profitability drivers
Knowledge of Agile methodology, mainly Kanban and Scrum
Experience with Product Discovery, mind maps and process, service or product mapping
Previous experience as a Product Manager or Tech Lead across product and technology
Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
Ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
Team-player orientation
Bilingual Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
