About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Visa technical and business resources required to implement new and add-on Visa products and services
Lead project management of implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in the assigned region
Establish project scope and identify opportunities to improve Visa processes and procedures
Gather and document project requirements and provide client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality
Test and troubleshoot installed system functionality and escalate technical issues for resolution or improvement
Manage routine and non-routine processing and change requests and support client initiatives
Act as client liaison and provide problem management, service change support, and system enhancement support
Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives and meet processing system performance standards
Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and issue logs
Build positive working relationships with Visa clients, processors, and internal stakeholders
Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations
Coordinate Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments
Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management monthly
Update and enhance internal support documents
Support biannual business enhancements and Visa mandates

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
Experience in banking, financial services, or technical support
Experience managing project plans, status reports, and issue logs
Experience coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery
Experience troubleshooting and documenting technical issues
Experience providing client consultative guidance and gathering requirements
Experience identifying processing efficiencies and supporting system enhancements
Experience representing client system and operational requirements to internal organizations
Experience updating and enhancing internal support documents
Experience supporting business enhancements and mandates
Digital fluency, including ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
Portuguese language skills a plus
