  • Define and monitor executive TA metrics, SLAs, and KPIs and deliver executive-level reporting
  • Advise the C-suite and senior business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, succession planning, and talent decisions
  • Anticipate leadership needs and build proactive executive hiring and succession pipelines
  • Advise on role definition, level calibration, candidate assessment, and compensation considerations
  • Represent Global Executive TA in senior leadership forums and strategic planning
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a globally distributed executive talent acquisition team
  • Manage team capacity, search prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Coach regional leaders and recruiters on sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, AI, and data tools
  • Maintain delivery accountability for strategically critical global executive searches
  • Champion a premium, high-touch candidate experience
  • Partner with Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, Talent Management, and Preboarding teams
  • Oversee external executive search partners and ensure alignment, governance, and cost effectiveness
  • Develop and govern proactive talent mapping and external leadership talent pools
  • Monitor competitor talent movements, leadership trends, and global compensation benchmarks
  • Drive a data-first culture using analytics, talent intelligence platforms, and reporting tools
  • Provide forward-looking insights on executive talent availability, competitor activity, hiring trends, and market dynamics
  • Maintain expertise in global executive labor markets, cross-border regulations, cultural nuances, and compensation dynamics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's Degree, or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree, or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Success leading and closing VP, SVP, EVP, and C-suite executive searches in large, matrixed, global enterprises
  • Significant experience leading, building, developing, and inspiring geographically distributed executive recruiting teams
  • Experience designing and elevating a global executive search operating model, including process, governance, assessment, and technology enablement
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to partner with, advise, influence, and build credibility with C-suite executives
  • Capability in advanced data analytics, executive hiring metrics, talent intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Extensive executive TA or executive search leadership experience across multiple regions and functions
  • Understanding of cross-border executive hiring, international labor markets, regulatory considerations, cultural talent dynamics, and executive compensation frameworks
  • Background in financial services, payments, fintech, or technology industries strongly preferred
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and elevating executive talent acquisition
