About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Own the technical vision and architecture for credit lifecycle management and invoice processing services
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and scalability in financial transactions

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years managing high-performing engineering teams
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development as a software engineer, with significant experience in Java
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
- Experience developing secure and scalable microservices
- Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
