About the role
- Execute integrated marketing programs across digital, email, paid media, ABM, events, and webinars.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including asset creation, campaign setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design to ensure messaging and creative align to target segments and personas.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns for engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Operate with a growth mindset: build and scale playbooks, but also be comfortable scrapping what doesn’t work and rapidly testing new channels, messaging, and formats.
- Support execution of programs that move leads through the funnel — from awareness to opportunity to closed-won.
- Work closely with SDR and Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification, follow-up, and conversion strategies.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops to monitor lead flow, routing, and scoring to maximize pipeline impact.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and recommended adjustments.
- Leverage AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
- Support ABM initiatives with personalized campaigns for named accounts and key verticals.
- Partner with Field Marketing to amplify event-driven pipeline opportunities with digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with Paid Media to optimize SEM, paid social, and retargeting strategies.
- Maintain strong alignment with Sales to ensure marketing efforts directly accelerate revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting, etc.).
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize performance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven success working with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
