About the role
- Own and manage a portfolio of partners, contributing to team pipeline goals through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders
- Execute joint go-to-market initiatives in partnership with internal teams, including campaigns, referrals, and partner activation efforts
- Identify opportunities to grow and expand partner engagement over time
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals and joint initiatives
- Partner with Sales to support deal cycles involving partners, ensuring alignment and momentum
- Track and manage partner contributions to pipeline and revenue, maintaining visibility into performance
- Lead partner onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure partners are equipped to position and support Virtuous
- Maintain consistent communication with partners, sharing updates, resources, and best practices
- Support partner performance tracking and contribute to regular business reviews (QBRs)
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align on priorities and maximize partner impact
- Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns, content, and activation strategies
- Ensure coordination across teams to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field. Nonprofit Tech experience is a plus
- Experience contributing to pipeline generation through partnerships, referrals, or joint initiatives
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to support partner-involved deal cycles
- Experience managing partners or accounts across onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
