About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, contributing to overall team pipeline and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong executive and working-level relationships with partners
- Identify opportunities to deepen and evolve partner engagement over time
- Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals, joint initiatives, and partner activation
- Own visibility into partner performance, including pipeline contribution, engagement, and outcomes
- Engage in deal cycles where partners are involved, ensuring alignment and coordination to move opportunities forward
- Identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned to Virtuous’ ideal partner profile
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement to ensure partners are equipped to successfully position Virtuous
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive accountability
- Act as the cross-functional lead for partner initiatives, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, on priorities to maximize partner impact
- Ensure consistent and coordinated communication with partners to avoid duplication and deliver a seamless experience
- Bring partner and market insights back into the organization to inform product, GTM, and ecosystem strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field. Nonprofit Tech experience is a plus
- Proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including pipeline generation and deal involvement
- Experience driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline through referral or partner-driven motions
- Cross-functional expertise across the full sales lifecycle, with a proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Experience managing partners across the full partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth
- Experience leading partner business reviews (QBRs) and driving accountability against performance metrics
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed.
