About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing relationships with key preferred Partners in the 4 Verticals (Hotels & Resorts, Cruise, Destination & Experiences and Alliances).
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including (but not limited to): Revenue Performance goals in marketing sales and event attendance sales.
  • Create and maintain robust Partner Briefs for each global and regional account in conjunction with Global Partner Briefs.
  • Enter Sales Activities in CRM for global visibility (notes, emails, meetings, calls, tasks).
  • Implement, with partners, action plans for growth and engagement with Virtuoso to measure and achieve KPI’s.
  • Work within the assigned budget to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborative and strategic business planning with partners.
  • Educate, advocate for, and train partners on relevant Virtuoso products, services and events.
  • Maintain and monitor the health of the existing partner portfolio, flag any and all concerns to Directors in a timely manner.
  • Manage and grow strong partner relationships.
  • Increase travel partner sales and engagement.
  • Engage partners who may currently not be engaged with Virtuoso.
  • Represent Virtuoso at industry trade shows, conferences & meetings as required.
  • Assist in Event Management; registrations, waitlists and partner priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a highly successful team performance
  • Awareness of current business trends
  • Ability to collect and analyze information, problem solve, and make decision
  • Agility and drive to inspire a win-win-win environment and deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Results orientated with a focus on commercial delivery
  • Strong quality service attitude and approach
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Champion of company goals and objectives
  • Marketplace Awareness – Current business trend knowledge
  • Intermediate Analytical Skills– Ability to collect and analyze information, problem solve, and make decisions
  • Collaboration – Strong skills in inspiring the win-win-win
  • Self-Starter - Ability to work independently
  • Fluency in French highly desired.
