Product Manager

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Virtuoso’s digital media and marketing tools for advisors and member agencies, setting and maintaining a rolling 12-month product roadmap and 3-year strategy.
• Maintain constant contact with advisors, member agencies and internal subject matter experts to gather and synthesize key insights to drive the direction of our member marketing tools and capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within your team and across the company.
• Lead marketing platform integrations, including CRM (HubSpot), Social media (Rallio), other sales tools and partner marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, tech, and account management teams to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals, and to drive features and capabilities that improve advisor, agency and partner adoption, workflow, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Drive use of cross-channel ROI, attribution, and performance measurement of marketing activities as the core of the marketing experience for advisors and member agencies.
• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology.
• Collaborate with Product Management peers and leadership to cultivate a healthy, effective Product culture; contribute to and evangelize best practices to help the team grow into positions of influence.
• Define and analyze product KPIs, using data to inform decisions and iterate on features and processes.
• Champion the voice of the customer (agency/advisor/partner) to ensure solutions meet evolving needs and create tangible business value.
• Drive growth in traveler reach through increased adoption and utilization of media/marketing products and capabilities by advisors and member agencies.
• Increased automation and operational efficiency across marketing campaigns and platforms.
• Broadly drive visibility and use of booking ROI measurement for both internal stakeholders and external B2B customers.
• Enhanced value delivery for member agencies and preferred partners through increased transparency of data and insights, improved targeting and other capabilities.

Product Manager, Global Media Platforms

Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of selected Global & Regional Key Partners in region(s);
• Lead a team of account managers to achieve the sales strategy goals.
• Provide direction and assist in the development of the sales team while intentionally leveraging their effective use of sales skill training.
• Define partner growth and engagement objectives with Vertical Leaders and GMs globally.
• Lead strategic business planning sessions with account managers and global and regional preferred partners to establish measurable performance goals and define long-term objectives.
• Ensures regular reviews and coaching of team on Partner Briefs, specifically S.M.A.R.T objectives.
• Schedule in-market visits with account managers to review team member and partner performance.
• Operate as a locally embedded representative of Virtuoso, maintaining deep proximity to partner operations by conducting regular in-market visits, property/site validation, establishing relationship-building touchpoints, and ensuring Virtuoso has firsthand understanding of local partner priorities, partner product quality, and local market conditions.
• Lead and develop Account Managers as extensions of a global partnership system, ensuring commercial rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure account managers deliver a seamless partner experience with a “One Virtuoso” mindset of shared ownership.
• Act as the internal advocate for assigned account managers, ensuring alignment across all Virtuoso functions (verticals, membership, product).
• Serve as a primary source of real-time market intelligence, including competitive dynamics, partner challenges and opportunities, emerging traveler and advisor trends, etc.
• Partner with Vertical Discipline leaders to design category-specific strategies, optimize partner programs, deliver expert-informed solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure partners receive relevant expertise, timely execution, seamless partner experience.
• Accountable for maximizing partner ROI across all Virtuoso engagement channels to drive revenue growth, advisor activation, program/initiative performance, strategic alignment with partners.
• Identify and activate high-value advisor and agency communities aligned to partner objectives.
• Collaborate with Membership and Marketing to target the right audiences, drive conversion and engagement, and move beyond broad-based promotion to precision engagement strategies.
• Responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating the delivery of sales KPIs from start to finish.
• Act as an escalation point for issues/questions from preferred partners.
• Deliver transparent and comprehensive reporting on success-driven metrics.
• Understand and stay current on travel trends, tourism, technology, operational best practices, Virtuoso’s diverse customers and Virtuoso’s competitive landscape.
• Support global and regional partner events as required.

Director, Global Partnerships

Manager

• Serves as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Virtuoso’s Cornerstone Learn platform.
• Responsible for the governance, configuration, optimization, and performance of the LMS.
• Provides functional leadership for learning management system operations.
• Directly supervises one direct report.
• Ensures the LMS remains scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives and best practices.
• Administers and oversees the configuration, architecture, and optimization of Cornerstone Learn LMS.
• Establishes and maintains LMS governance standards, workflows, permissions structures, and best practices.
• Evaluates and implements system updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Ensures system integrity, scalability, accessibility, and data security.
• Designs and maintains LMS reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Provides actionable insights on learner engagement, completion rates, and participation trends.
• Ensures data accuracy and consistency across system records.
• Serves as primary relationship owner with Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Manages system upgrades, release cycles, and support escalations.
• Evaluates LMS-related tools or enhancements within the Cornerstone ecosystem.
• Establishes priorities, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality and timeliness of LMS operations.
• Serves as escalation point for complex system or configuration issues.
• Partners with Professional Development, IT, and other stakeholders to align LMS capabilities with business needs.
• Supports change management and communication related to LMS updates or enhancements.
• Promotes effective adoption and utilization of the LMS across the Virtuoso network.
