About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create high-quality environment assets, props, and modular architecture;
  • Set up assets in Unreal Engine, including scene placement, material assignment, and material adjustments;
  • Optimize assets for real-time performance while maintaining high visual quality;
  • Collaborate daily with the Art Director, Producer, Lead Artist, and Client to ensure assets meet project requirements and artistic direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in the game development industry in a similar role;
  • Solid knowledge of modeling and texturing software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter);
  • Solid understanding of modular asset creation and PBR workflow;
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine 5.x, importing assets, applying materials;
  • Ability to create high-quality, optimized assets for real-time rendering;
  • Solid knowledge of baking techniques (normal maps, ambient occlusion, additional maps);
  • Basic knowledge of lighting and post-processing in game engines;
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.
  • **Will be a plus:**
  • Experience with World Partition/ Level Streaming;
  • Understanding of technical constraints (memory, performance).
