About the role

  • Maintain accounting records for goods and services, including processing in BAS, D365, and PRS.
  • Manage fixed assets, low-value assets, and intangible assets, including capitalization, depreciation, write-offs, and disposals.
  • Handle accounting for IT subcontractors and prepaid expenses.
  • Oversee business travel accounting (Ukraine & international), including expense tracking and documentation.
  • Process payroll, vacation accruals, and related taxation (stage 2).
  • Perform banking operations in D365, including invoices, bank commissions, deposits, and currency exchange.
  • Manage invoice processing in D365 (stage 2).
  • Maintain office supplies accounting, including write-offs (food, water, stationery).
  • Support inventory processes, including stocktaking, reconciliations, and data extraction from BAS.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax legislation (GAAP; knowledge of IFRS will be a strong advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as 1C BAS, Dynamics 365 (if applicable), Vchasno, Medok, and MS Office.
  • Higher education in Accounting and Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
  • English level: B1–B2.
