About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from property owners, developers, contractors, and homeowners.
Assist clients in understanding which service best fits their needs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction at all times.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked surveys or consultations.
Proactively follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Support outbound outreach campaigns as needed (targeting developers, contractors, architects, estate agents, etc.).
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Update and manage CRM entries, leads, and pipeline stages.
Coordinate with surveyors and the operations team to schedule appointments.
Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and client engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in **sales, customer service, or client-facing roles**, ideally in property, construction, surveying, real estate, or related sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident phone manner.
Ability to quickly understand client needs and recommend the right service.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
