Legal Intake Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promptly and professionally answer inbound client calls, acting as the primary voice of the firm to establish trust from the first point of contact
- Conduct detailed intake processes with inbound callers to qualify leads and determine if their legal needs align with our firm's practice areas
- Accurately capture and enter prospective client information, case facts, and contact details into our system to ensure the legal team has a clear starting point
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing initial concerns, explaining the next steps of the process, and maintaining a supportive tone
- Utilize sales-minded communication techniques to guide potential clients through the intake funnel and encourage them to move forward with our services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communicative skills, both verbal and written, are required for high-level professional interaction.
- Proven experience in legal intake or handling high-volume professional inquiries
- Legal industry experience is most ideal and highly preferred
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a Sales environment is a significant advantage
- Proven experience in legal intake or handling high-volume professional inquiries
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
- Bilingual proficiency preferred
