- VirtueStaff is on the lookout for a talented Software Developer who specializes in automations to join our innovative team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions alongside creating efficient automation processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications tailored to meet client needs
- Build and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
- Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing software and automation systems
- Document software and automation processes for future reference and training
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the application of best practices in development and automation
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions to team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on automations
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating different software systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience in documenting processes and workflows
