About the role
- Serve as the sole sales representative initially, managing the entire sales pipeline from the first lead interaction all the way through to closing the deal
- Develop, define, and implement the full sales process and procedures for the organization
- Utilize extensive sales management experience to strategically build, hire, and train a future sales team
- Achieve aggressive sales targets and maintain proven sales success throughout all stages of the business
- Provide strategic insights and reporting on sales performance to leadership
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a verifiable track record of success
- Must have a strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Extensive experience with the full sales process and sales management
- Strong experience building out a sales team and establishing scalable processes
- Proven experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry
- Ideally, experience gained in the Advertising Space
- Expert proficiency with Hubspot
- Experience using Digital Ad Platforms, with a preference for knowledge of programmatic ads
