About the role
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new leads and qualify potential clients
- Set and schedule appointments for our independent health insurance agents
- Professionally handle and overcome customer objections to successfully complete calls and set appointments
- Maintain a pleasant and engaging demeanor throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in health insurance sales or telemarketing, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked for an independent Health Insurance agency
- Excellent communication skills with complete English fluency
- A pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations
- A solid understanding of the health insurance industry and its products
- Must have proven experience using CRM systems, Top Broker preferred
- Spanish bilingual required
