About the role
- Handle inbound sales calls promptly and professionally, identifying customer needs and matching them with the right products or services.
- Follow approved scripts while maintaining natural, consultative communication; educate callers on features, benefits, and pricing.
- Overcome objections using approved strategies and convert inbound leads to meet or exceed close-rate, revenue, and targets.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM/dialer and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote managed services, identify upgrade/cross-sell opportunities, and schedule follow-ups as needed.
- Work assigned call lists efficiently while meeting daily/weekly quotas (dials, talk time, conversions) and adhering to compliance and QA standards.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge; participate in training, coaching, and call calibrations.
- Collaborate with leadership to report trends, improve workflows, and support team performance.
Requirements
- Has at least 2–5 years of inbound/outbound soft-offer sales experience.
- Priority given to Active Duty Military Spouses and Family Members.
- Must be able to provide own equipment/PC for a WAH set-up.
- Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable using scripts, structured processes, and CRM/dialer tools.
- Coachable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work on Weekdays and Weekends
