About the role

  • Handle inbound calls from leads generated through legal outreach campaigns (web, email, SMS).
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to re-engage unconverted leads or confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Guide callers through a structured eligibility script and accurately capture responses.
  • Schedule qualified claimants with the appropriate legal professionals using the designated platform.
  • Record and update call outcomes, dispositions, and detailed notes in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with call-handling protocols, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., maintaining an Average Handle Time under 15 minutes).
  • Escalate complex or non-routine calls in accordance with defined procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, appointment setting, or customer service role.
  • Strong background in both inbound and outbound call handling (preferred).
  • Familiarity with insurance, legal, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and accurately capture responses.
  • Experience meeting productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., maintain an Average Handle Time under 15 minutes).
