About the role
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms
- Assist in planning and setting up email campaigns (EDMs) in Salesforce and Klaviyo
- Support website optimisation activities, including blogs, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Manage customer enquiries across email, chat, reviews, and social media community engagement
- Organise and download assets from brand portals
- Assist in webinar setup and track registrations
- Support paid social media campaigns while monitoring spend and performance
- Update website content and product listings (banners, descriptions, blogs)
- Assist with website maintenance on Shopify and Squarespace
- Generate and analyse reports for campaign performance
- Track results from digital marketing activities (social media, EDMs, paid ads)
- Handle ad hoc research and administrative tasks for the marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, e-commerce, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, Klaviyo)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and social media platforms
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and tracking
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
