About the role
- Format documents and maintain accurate version control.
- Update registers and ensure filing systems are organised and easy to access.
- Prepare audit evidence folders and support audit readiness.
- Manage document control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and operational support as required.
- Maintain consistent communication regarding document updates and register changes.
- Identify process gaps and help improve document templates or naming conventions.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in administration, document control, or records management.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling documents.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience in audit preparation or compliance-based environments (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint, Google Drive, or document management systems (preferred).
