About the role

  • Format documents and maintain accurate version control.
  • Update registers and ensure filing systems are organised and easy to access.
  • Prepare audit evidence folders and support audit readiness.
  • Manage document control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and operational support as required.
  • Maintain consistent communication regarding document updates and register changes.
  • Identify process gaps and help improve document templates or naming conventions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in administration, document control, or records management.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling documents.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in audit preparation or compliance-based environments (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint, Google Drive, or document management systems (preferred).
